Job Description:
Jungle Adventure Park, a leading indoor soft play area for children aged 1-12 years located in Mumbai, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented female Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers through phone calls and digital communication, providing detailed information about our play area and services, managing bookings, and actively driving sales for our offerings, particularly birthday parties and group events within our safe and engaging environment. This role requires excellent communication and persuasive skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently through various channels.
Responsibilities:
Proactive Outreach (as needed): While primarily handling inbound inquiries, there may be opportunities for proactive follow-up with potential leads.
Handling Inbound Leads: Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, providing accurate and comprehensive information about Jungle Adventure Park, including our indoor soft play facilities, age suitability (1-12 years), pricing, timings, safety measures, and booking procedures.
Qualifying Leads: Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote our services effectively.
Providing Information & Addressing Queries: Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to the play area, birthday parties, and other offerings.
Managing Bookings & Sales Conversions: Guide customers through the booking process and actively work to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for general entry and special events like birthday parties.
Sales and Promotion: Actively promote birthday party packages, group bookings, and other special offers tailored to our indoor soft play environment, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Highlighting Features: Clearly articulate the unique features and benefits of our indoor soft play area for children aged 1-12.
WhatsApp Communication: Utilize WhatsApp effectively for business communication, promptly responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant information (including photos/videos of the play area and party setups), and following up on leads.
Report Generation: Prepare and share daily reports on lead generation, call volume, inquiries, bookings, sales conversions, and follow-up activities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth, potentially through follow-up calls or messages.
Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets for bookings and birthday party packages.
General Administrative Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks related to sales and customer service as needed.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
Strong sales aptitude and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
High proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
Basic computer literacy.
Proactive and target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fresher candidates with a strong aptitude for sales and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service, especially in the entertainment or service industry, is an advantage.
An understanding of the needs and interests of parents with young children is a plus.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
