Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads provided, following up on potential clients and opportunities.
• Conduct basic research on leads to understand their profiles and customize your pitch accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions on Excel sheets, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
• Track responses, follow up with interested leads, and nurture them through the sales process. •
Prepare daily reports summarizing the number of calls dialed, outcomes, and progress with the assigned leads.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies. • Handle objections and queries professionally, providing relevant information to build rapport with prospects.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
