We are hiring a proactive and self-driven Tele sales Manager who will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating leads, and converting prospects. This is an individual contributor role to start with, with the opportunity to build and lead a tele sales team in the future.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services
Convert leads into confirmed sales through persuasive communication
Follow up on inquiries and maintain a database of leads and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Provide feedback to management based on customer interactions
Assist in developing call scripts and tele sales strategy
6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or direct sales
Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
Basic communication in English is required
Confident, energetic, and good at convincing people over the phone
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.) is an added advantage
Willingness to grow into a leadership role
