Client Engagement & Sales Coordinator – Interior Design Services
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
o Make timely calls to inbound leads and prospective clients.
o Clearly explain the organization’s background, design philosophy, and execution capability.
2. Trust & Value Communication:
o Confidently communicate the expertise of our senior design team.
o Build confidence and trust with clients through clear, well-informed conversations.
3. Requirement Collection:
o Request and collect customer floor plans and initial requirements.
o Share design scope with estimation team and coordinate for accurate quotes.
4. Meeting Coordination:
o Arrange meetings between customers and senior designers based on availability.
o Ensure post-meeting follow-ups and updated quotations are shared promptly.
5. Site Visits:
o Visit project sites if required to better understand on-ground conditions and customer needs.
6. Negotiation & Closing:
o Participate in pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
o Collaborate with the internal team to close deals in alignment with client expectations.
Candidate Profile:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior sales, customer handling, or real estate client relations
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and guide conversations
• High ownership attitude with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi communication is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and customer meetings
