We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to prospective students through phone calls and invite them to our upcoming career seminars. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about upcoming career seminars hosted by the academy.Effectively communicate the benefits of attending the career seminar, emphasizing the value and opportunities available to participants.Answer questions and provide information regarding seminar details, course offerings, and the academy’s services.Maintain a detailed record of student interactions, including responses, feedback, and follow-up actions,Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and KPIs.Ensure students are provided with accurate and up-to-date information on seminar dates, registration processes, and available training programs.Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their attendance.Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to ensure a seamless flow of information and smooth seminar registration.Assist in updating the database with accurate contact details and status updates.Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions.
