Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our Product.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions.
Provide information on new products and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Experience: 1–3 years in telemarketing, preferably in building materials, sanitaryware, or related industries.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
