Profile Introduction
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our BPO team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, generating interest or sales, and providing excellent customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are target-driven and enjoy speaking with people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products/services.
2. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest or sales.
3. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent call volume.
4. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product suggestions.
5. Record customer interactions and maintain updated databases (CRM tools).
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
7. Handle objections and rejections positively and professionally.
8. Provide feedback to supervisors regarding campaign performance or customer trends.
9. Ensure compliance with quality and process guidelines.
Profile Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2. Min 4 years experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a BPO/call center is a plus.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / regional language, as applicable].
4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
6. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
7. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
