Position Title:- Tele Sales Executive
Location:- Bangalore
Job Overview:-
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in outbound calling and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to engage prospects to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:-
1)Outbound Calling:-
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, databases, or cold calling lists.
Engage customers in conversations, presenting company products/services in a clear and compelling manner.
2)Sales & Conversion:-
Identify customer needs and match them to the appropriate products/services.
Close sales by addressing customer queries and concerns, ensuring high conversion rates.
3)Customer Relationship Management:-
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Follow up with leads and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
4)Data Entry & Reporting:-
Accurately record customer information, sales data, and outcomes in CRM software.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
5)Product Knowledge:-
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
6)Target Achievement:-
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategies.
7)Customer Feedback:-
Collect feedback from customers regarding their experience and product satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and concerns.
Requirements:-
1)Experience:-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in Telesales.
2)Skills:-
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3)Attitude:-
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
4)Preferred Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (optional).
Previous experience in [industry-specific product] sales is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday (with potential for weekends based on business requirements).
Office-based/Remote, depending on company policy.
