Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads and maintain active pipelines using CRM tools.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any objections or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices to achieve team goals.
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
