Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists.

Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
Perform market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress while remaining courteous.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
