1. Answering calls and resolving queries about products
2. Lead conversion – Pre-approved loan products
3. Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-approved loans.
4. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads.
5. Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
6. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts.
7. Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any.
8. Compliance with the Client’s Code of Conduct.
9. Any other jobs/tasks as may be allotted from time to time in the operation domain as deemed necessary
