Responsibilities
● Connect to the customer to make them aware about platform and invite them to visit our website and purchase our subscriptions & products
● Dealing with incoming email, chats and calls
● Correspond on behalf of the management
● Create sales material to present to customers
● Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
● Understand the customer jewellery requirement and give them accurate solution
● Addressing clients & uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
● Have good communication skills (Hindi / English Languages)
● Noting important details of each conversation
