We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our telesales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales. This is a voice-based process, so excellent communication skills are a must.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Pitch products/services and explain features and benefits.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-through.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and queries efficiently.
Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams.
Strong verbal communication in [language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher or 0–3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
