Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain products (Credit Cards/Personal Loans/Other Financial Products)

• Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain daily records and update the CRM system

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products will be an added advantage
