Media Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's Media and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, track customer interactions, and close sales.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns during the sales process.
