We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, sell products/services, and meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a strong customer service orientation.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Handle customer questions, provide appropriate solutions, and resolve complaints promptly.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activity.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a cohesive strategy.
