We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Telesales Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of 5 telesales executives at Malgopay. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in Tamil and English, and a proven track record in telesales. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing guidance to your team.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 telesales executives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for each team member and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.
Handle escalated calls and customer queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Maintain performance metrics, track team progress, and generate reports for upper management.
Identify areas of improvement within the team and implement strategies to increase overall productivity and sales performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and strategize for growth.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
Minimum Qualification: 2nd PUC (Pre-University Course) or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil and English (both written and verbal communication).
At least 1-2 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing role, with team leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Ability to manage a team, drive results, and handle performance-related challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
