Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil with at least 3 years of telesales experience, and have 1 year of experience in Malayalam telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and build positive relationships

Requirements:

• Proven telesales experience (Tamil – 3 years, Malayalam – 1 year)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and Malayalam

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and target-driven approach

• Immediate joiners preferred
