We are looking for a Telecaller – Sales to engage with potential technical clients and support our
sales team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, confidence in
handling outbound calls, and a goal-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our DevOps and Cloud services.
Understand client needs, pitch relevant solutions, and handle initial objections.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maintain engagement.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client details in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, inside sales calling, or
customer service (Freshers welcome).
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport and handle rejections professionally.
Basic understanding of IT services (DevOps, AWS, Cloud) is a plus but not mandatory
(training will be provided).
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Comfortable using CRM and other sales tools.
