We are looking to expand our team with energetic and motivated professionals who can engage clients and drive business growth through effective communication.Job Role:We are hiring a Tele Caller who will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and following up with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products/servicesHandle incoming customer inquiries and resolve queries promptlyMaintain a database of customer information and call recordsFollow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunitiesSupport the sales team with appointment scheduling and lead generationMeet daily and monthly call and conversion targetsRequirements:Freshers to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experienceStrong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic EnglishConfident, polite, and persuasive speaking mannerBasic knowledge of MS Office or CRM softwareAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be based in or willing to commute to KhararWhat We Offer:Competitive salary with incentive structureSupportive work environment and teamTraining and career growth opportunitiesRegular performance reviews and bonuses
