Join our team as a dedicated Telesales with a strong background in Software & IT Services at Zucol in Jaipur, Lal Kothi. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
- Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
- Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
- Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
