The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating bespoke tour packages, assisting customers with visa applications and flight bookings, and providing recommendations for sightseeing and activities. The Travel Consultant should possess excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Designation:Travel Consultant  Job Responsibilities: Researching and recommending travel packages: They must stay informed about various travel destinations and the latest deals to offer the best optionsResponding to customer inquiries: This includes addressing questions regarding travel itineraries, costs, and available servicesAdvising clients on destinations: Providing insights and suggestions based on the client's preferences and requirement.Booking reservations: Handling the booking of all aspects of travel, such as flights, hotels, and excursionsProcessing payments: Managing financial transactions related to travel bookingCustomer service: Ensuring clients have a positive experience by offering personalized services and resolving any issues that may arise  Other RequirementsStrong communication skills: To effectively interact with customers and understand their needsKnowledge of the travel industry: Familiarity with various travel destinations, trends, and requirements for travelSales expertise: Ability to close deals and meet sales targetsOrganizational skills: To manage multiple bookings and keep track of all travelProblem-solving abilities: To handle any unforeseen issues that may arise during the travel planning process
