The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling domestic and international travel packages, handling client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell travel packages, including group tours, customized trips, and corporate travel solutions.
Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and recommend the best travel options, including destinations, itineraries, and budget-friendly deals.
Lead Management: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media; follow up on leads to convert them into bookings.
Customer Support: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transport, and other travel services while ensuring a seamless experience.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, offers, and competitor strategies.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Documentation & Coordination: Handle booking confirmations, invoices, visa processing assistance, and other required documentation.
After-Sales Support: Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Experience in Travel Sales or a similar role in the travel industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
