In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries regarding loan and credit card options.

• Effectively explain product benefits and features to help customers make informed decisions.

Job Requirements:
