-Manage the daily operations of battery-swapping stations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless functionality and service delivery.- Recruit, train, and supervise field staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the reliability and safety of all operational activities.- Develop and execute operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency.- Oversee the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.- Ensure all field operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.- Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve operational issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.- Work closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to align operational activities with business objectives. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, , or a related field.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the Electric Vehicle, automotive, or renewable energy sectors.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
