Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Dispatch Executive / Dispatch Operator to join our logistics team. The role involves coordinating dispatch activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, and maintaining proper documentation as per company standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport receipts.Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.Communicate with transporters and vendors to arrange timely pickups and deliveries.Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods before dispatch.Maintain accurate records of stock movement and dispatched goods.Support inventory management and warehouse team as needed.Assist in resolving delivery issues, such as delays or damaged goods.Adhere to company SOPs and safety standards during dispatch activities.Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics or related roles.Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP software usage.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.Knowledge of local transport regulations and documentation.Working Hours: [e.g., 9: 30 AM – 6 PM, 6 days a week]Compensation: As per industry standards
