We are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working E-commerce Shipping Assistants to join our team. As an integral part of our ecommerce operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the shipping process, from order processing to package delivery.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Assist in processing incoming customer orders through our ecommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure products are available for shipping. Alert management of any inventory discrepancies or shortages.
Packaging and Labeling: Prepare orders for shipment by carefully packaging products, selecting appropriate shipping materials, and affixing shipping labels accurately.
Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of packages. Track shipments and provide customers with tracking information as needed.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on packaged orders to ensure they meet our standards for presentation and accuracy.
