Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of goods and services required for the company’s operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to optimize procurement costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of supply with vendors.

Issue purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Conduct market research to identify trends and assess supplier competitiveness.

Coordinate with internal teams to determine procurement needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment efficiently.

Address any issues related to supplier performance, quality concerns, or delays.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to analyze data and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of supply chain procedures and market research techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
