Job Responsibilities

Take cares of all Import related activities and Service Invoices.

- Maintain track record of all foreign orders / Imports.

- Responsible for coordinating import shipments, clearing customs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Reviews import documentation, including commercial invoices, Check list / bills of lading, and customs forms if any.

- Manages the day-to-day operations of import activities, including coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders.

- Review freight forwarder’s invoices and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with import regulations.
