Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure that stock levels match records.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies or products to avoid shortages or overstock.
Ensure that inventory is stored correctly and is accessible when needed.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
Develop and maintain inventory reports, including stock movement, discrepancies, and forecasts.
Assist in the preparation of inventory audits and ensure adherence to internal inventory control policies and procedures.
Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to plan and manage stock requirements.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and recorded quantities.
Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize waste, reduce loss, and improve efficiency.
Manage expired or obsolete stock and ensure it is disposed of or returned as required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of goods.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, or other relevant tools).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Experience with barcode scanning and RFID systems.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
