Roles and Responsibilities:-
Manage a fleet of between 150 to 200 DEs for smooth order delivery, and work on achieving all performance metrics.
Responsible for managing the operational efficiency of a fleet of delivery executives in your assigned hub.
Train new DEs for order delivery, app features, payout, shift timings, etc.
Design DE rosters and shifts to manage regular logins and operational performance metrics while allowing permitted leaves, absences, etc.
Monitor daily operations and track DE login count, order SLA, cancellations, etc.
Assist DEs in real time with order delivery, app issues, escalation management, support ticket raising, etc.
Manage COD orders and COD deposition while ensuring zero cash loss.
Assist in DE Sourcing and Onboarding, record referrals made by other DEs, track attrition reasons, manage DE inventory, and maintain a healthy login count day-to-day.
Coordinate with the Sourcing team, Supply Management team and Operations team to solve real- time ground issues.
Conduct morning huddle meetings with DE to discuss performance, city ops metrics, COD recon, etc.
Conduct weekly huddle meetings for DE performance, rewards, and recognition.
Take initiatives to increase DE onboarding, DE retention, and increasing orders.
