Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with drivers across multiple locations in India for efficient vehicle deployment. Monitor and track vehicle movements to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Schedule and assign vehicles based on operational requirements. Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime. Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver performance.Handle driver concerns, grievances, and resolve operational challenges.Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams for smooth execution.Manage fuel expenses, toll payments, and optimize cost-effective routes.Implement tracking systems and software to streamline fleet management.Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of drivers.Requirements:Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation coordination.Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage drivers effectively.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, compliance, and transportation regulations.Proficiency in MS Office, GPS tracking systems, and fleet management software.Ability to multitask and handle operations in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.Experience handling large fleets and PAN India operations.
