Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee and manage our company’s supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, inventory management, and warehouse activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Coordination:

   • Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.

   • Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and delivery time.

   • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management:

   • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory accuracy.

   • Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods.

   • Implement best practices for warehouse organization and safety.

3. Team Management:

   • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff and delivery personnel.

   • Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure productivity.

   • Conduct performance evaluations and resolve employee concerns.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance:

   • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

   • Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

   • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.

5. Reporting & Communication:

   • Prepare logistics reports and present key performance metrics.

   • Collaborate with internal departments like procurement, sales, and customer service.

   • Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
