Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. Your main responsibilities will include picking items based on customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail, speed, and a good work ethic are key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from shelves according to order sheets or handheld scanners.

• Carefully pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.

• Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are correct and undamaged.

• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisors.

• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.

• Basic computer or scanner knowledge is an asset.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
