Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and expense control.
Ensure properties are maintained to high standards, coordinating repairs and renovations as needed.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Screen and select tenants, negotiate leases, and enforce lease agreements.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts for services such as landscaping, security, and cleaning.
Prepare and maintain property reports, including occupancy rates, financial summaries, and maintenance logs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in property management or a related field.
Strong understanding of property management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
