Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to match the right talent to specific job openings.
Proactively engage with local communities, career fairs, and events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet specific hiring goals.
Monitor and report on recruitment activities, providing regular updates to management.
Analyze hiring trends and develop strategies to address challenges in attracting qualified candidates.
On-Site Recruitment:
Visit client sites, attend job fairs, or visit communities to directly engage with potential candidates.
Build a network of talent pools in specific geographic areas.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a field or onsite recruiting environment.
Proven ability to source and recruit candidates for a wide range of roles.
