Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with drivers across multiple locations to ensure smooth transportation operations. Plan, schedule, and assign vehicles based on business requirements and priorities. Monitor real-time vehicle movement using GPS tracking systems and provide necessary updates. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods by maintaining effective communication with drivers.Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver logs.Handle driver concerns, resolve operational challenges, and provide necessary support.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.Work closely with the logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize efficiency.Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating drivers for better performance.Implement cost-effective route planning and fuel management strategies to reduce operational expenses.Requirements:Proven experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or fleet management.Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to manage drivers effectively.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and safety guidelines.Proficiency in MS Office, GPS tracking systems, and fleet management software.Ability to multitask and manage transport operations in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience in managing large-scale fleet operations across multiple locations.
