Looking For Vendor Manager:-

​Arena Relocations is looking for a skilled Vendor Manager to oversee and enhance our relationships with service providers, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations.

​Experience- 2 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Selection and Evaluation: Identify and assess potential vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.​

• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to align with company objectives.​

• Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any issues promptly.​

• Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure mutual success and resolve conflicts effectively.​

• Supply Chain Optimization: Work towards streamlining procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics to enhance operational efficiency.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.​

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for vendor-related activities.​

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, plus incentives.​

• Benefits include Provident Fund, Health Insurance, Cell phone reimbursement.

• Work schedule: 6 days a week,
  Work-from-office at Spaze I-Tech Park, Sector-49, Gurgaon

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA,MBA or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Vendor Manager or in a similar procurement role, preferably within the logistics or relocation industry.​

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.​

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.​

• Effective communication skills to build rapport with vendors and internal stakeholders.​
