✅ Manage daily operations of the office premises and common areas
✅ Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
✅ Monitor facility equipment, utilities, and infrastructure for regular maintenance
✅ Coordinate with vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), repairs, and services
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
✅ Maintain records of facility expenses, service reports, and inventory
✅ Handle seating arrangements, space management, and relocation if required
✅ Conduct regular inspections of the facility and take corrective action
✅ Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and other facility requirements
✅ Act as a point of contact for any facility-related complaints or escalations
✅ Maintain energy efficiency and sustainability practices wherever possible
