The role involves handling the inward and outward processes, billing, dispatches, loading/unloading of goods, scanning, and barcode generation, ensuring smooth and timely operations within the warehouse. A good understanding of computers, Excel, and emailing is essential for this role.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

• Inward & Outward Process Knowledge – Understanding of goods receiving, inventory management, dispatching, and associated processes.

• Billing & Documentation – Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry).

• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Experience with barcode generation and scanning systems.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and inventory control.

• Good organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills (emailing, verbal communication).

• Forklift certification and experience is a plus.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
