Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee warehouse operations, including
inventory management, stocking, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of
experience in a fulfillment center, ensuring smooth workflow, team supervision, and adherence to operational
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee shift operations to ensure efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and timely replenishment.
Supervise stocking, picking, and packing activities to meet productivity and quality targets.
Ensure real-time inventory tracking and coordinate with supply chain teams for stock optimization.
Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, including shift scheduling, training, and performance
monitoring.
Enforce safety and compliance protocols, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues related to logistics, stocking, and fulfillment.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movements and order processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4 to 7 years of experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or inventory management role.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stocking, and inventory control.
Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other inventory tools.
Ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
