Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Training: Supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain a safe working environment.; Assist in training new employees on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory management systems. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment. Identify and address discrepancies or issues with inventory. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels. Receiving and Shipping:Oversee the receiving, checking, and storing of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in preparing and coordinating outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of shipments. Order Processing:Assist in processing customer orders, picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment. Ensure orders are accurate and complete before they are shipped. Warehouse Operations:Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Participate in warehouse activities, including loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and organizing storage areas. Safety:Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the Warehouse Manager. Communication:Maintain effective communication with warehouse personnel, other departments, and external vendors. Provide regular updates to the Warehouse Manager on warehouse operations and inventory levels. Other dutiesAssist with inventory audits and cycle counts Manage and maintain warehouse equipment Participate in the development and implementation of warehouse procedures
