Position: Warehouse Manager (3 to 6 years)

Location: Gurgaon

About Us:

At VegEase, we specialize in managing high-demand products in the Fruits & Vegetables (F&V). We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of F&V products.

2. Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of perishable items to maintain freshness and quality.

3. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

4. Lead and train warehouse staff, improving team performance and ensuring safety compliance.

5. Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.

6. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

7. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports on warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.

8. Handle and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: On the warehouse

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
