Job Description
- Develop lesson plans and manage students
- Teach students according to the educational needs
REQUIRE - Head Teacher
ducation:
• Montessori certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Early Childhood Education.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years in Montessori/pre-primary teaching.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
3. Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Montessori methods.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
4. Additional Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
