Job Title: Spoken English Trainer Location: Zamin Pallavaram, ChennaiJob Type: Full-time Experience: 1-4 years Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Spoken English Trainer who can teach students ranging from school children to working professionals. In addition to conducting lessons, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, andmanaging schedules.Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive English speaking sessions for students of all ages, fromschoolchildren to working professionals. Design and deliver lesson plans and materials tailored to various proficiency levels. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Focus on improving pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary. Use engaging teaching methods and tools to cater to diverse learning styles. Provide one-on-one coaching as needed to help students achieve their language goals. Manage student records, attendance, and progress reports. Maintain schedules and communicate with students regarding class timings,cancellations, or rescheduling. Handle administrative tasks related to class preparation and follow-up. Promote essential soft skills such as active listening, interpersonal communication, andconfidence-building, helping students excel in real-world communication.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, andadaptability to different learning styles. Creativity: Innovative approaches to keep lessons engaging and productive Soft Skills
