Junior Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training programs for our employees in Pune. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training materials and programs related to mechanical engineering principles, practices, and technologies. You will also be responsible for assessing training needs, evaluating program effectiveness, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Faculty Trainer with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs. Must have knowledge and can deliver lectures in Software of AutoCAD 2D, Catia, Solid works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:

  • Plan, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for mechanical engineering topics, including but not limited to: [List specific areas, e.g., CAD software, manufacturing processes, machine maintenance, etc.]

  • Adapt training materials and methods to suit diverse learning styles and skill levels.

  • Utilize various training methodologies, including classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, simulations, and online learning platforms.

  • Employ ChatGPT as a tool to: [List specific uses, e.g., generate practice questions, create interactive simulations, personalize learning paths, etc.]

• Needs Assessment and Program Development:

  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.

  • Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.

  • Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and training technologies.

• Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Track and report on training outcomes and performance metrics.

  • Continuously seek ways to enhance training delivery and materials.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and management to ensure effective training delivery.

  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information.

• Conduct sessions to help students learn and improve in various subjects.

• Monitor and report on students' academic progress.

• Use positive feedback to motivate students.

• Teach effective study habits and prepare students for exams.

• Promote an interactive and engaging learning environment.

• Ensure a safe and supportive space for students to grow.

Job Requirements:

The position is suitable for candidates who have Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/B.E. Mechanical and at least 6 Months to 3 years of teaching experience. Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & special education are highly desirable.
