Roles and Responsibilities:
PRT (Primary Teacher):
Plan and deliver lessons for primary classes in all subjects.
Develop age-appropriate educational materials and activities.
Employ innovative teaching methods to ensure engaging and effective learning.
Student Development:
Monitor and report on the progress of students.
Support students' emotional and social development.
2.Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive learning environment.
Implement discipline and behavior management strategies.
3.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other teachers and school staff.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher):Teaching Responsibilities:
Deliver subject-specific lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology to middle and high school students.
Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum.
Student Assessment:
Conduct tests, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare and maintain academic records.
2.Mentoring and Guidance:
Provide academic and career guidance to students.
Prepare students for competitive exams and other assessments.
3.Classroom and Behavior Management:
Ensure a disciplined and conducive learning environment.
Address student queries and manage classroom dynamics:
PGT (Post Graduate Teacher):Teaching Responsibilities:
Teach senior secondary students in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
Design curriculum and lesson plans to meet educational standards.
Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams like JEE/NEET.
Academic Excellence:
Continuously update knowledge in the respective subject area.
Incorporate advanced teaching techniques and methodologies.
2.Student Development:
Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Provide extra coaching to students as needed.
3.Leadership and Administration:
Lead academic activities, seminars, and workshops.
Coordinate with the school administration on academic policies and curriculum updates.
Educational Qualification:
PRT: Bachelor’s degree with a teaching qualification (B. Ed or equivalent)/ Fresher can also apply for 3 month internship (with stipend)
TGT: Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject with a B. Ed.
PGT: Master’s degree in relevant subject(required Physics, Chemistry, Math, Bio, Economics,Accounts).
Experience:
Prior teaching experience in a residential school is preferred.
Experience in coaching students for competitive exams is advantageous for TGT/PGT roles.
Skills:
Strong command over the subject matter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students.
Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Contribute to school events, sports, and cultural programs.
Assist in maintaining discipline and decorum in the residential campus.
