Job Summary:

Prakash Cellular Service & Training Institute is looking for a Mobile and Laptop Repair Trainer to lead technical training sessions for aspiring repair technicians. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on, practical instruction on the repair and maintenance of mobile phones and laptops—especially Apple devices—while helping shape the next generation of professional repair experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth training sessions on mobile and laptop repair with a focus on Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook, iPad).
  
  

• Develop and deliver structured course modules covering hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, chip-level repair, and component replacement.
  
  

• Demonstrate usage of industry-standard tools (e.g., multimeters, soldering stations, microscopes).
  
  

• Guide students through practical exercises, real-case repair simulations, and safe handling practices.
  
  

• Create training content, manuals, tests, and certification materials.
  
  

• Assess trainees' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  
  

• Ensure the training environment is equipped, safe, and efficient.
  
  

• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate new learning into the curriculum.
  
  

• Work closely with the technical and operations teams to align training with company standards and customer service goals.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile and laptop repairs (Apple product experience preferred).
  
  

• Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is highly desirable.
  
  

• In-depth understanding of hardware components, OS installation, and software troubleshooting.
  
  

• Knowledge of Apple product architecture and common repair issues.
  
  

• Strong communication and instructional skills in English and local language(s).
  
  

• Patience, passion for teaching, and ability to engage learners of varying skill levels.
  
  

• Certification in electronics repair or Apple product service (preferred).
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Apple Authorized Service Provider environments.
  
  

• Experience in curriculum development or e-learning.
  
  

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  
  

• Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions at new locations.
