Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Coordinator to oversee and manage programs aimed at supporting communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, program coordination, and community development, with a passion for empowering vulnerable groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth implementation of programs.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor initiatives.

• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders, to strengthen program impact.

• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislations.

• Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and capacity-building support.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Coordinator.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and community engagement skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with diverse groups.
