Job Title: Spoken English Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Spoken English Teacher to join our educational team in Koppal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching spoken English to students of various age groups and proficiency levels, focusing on improving their communication skills, pronunciation, and confidence in English-speaking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' language levels and learning styles.

• Conduct interactive activities, group discussions, and debates to enhance speaking and listening skills.

• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.

• Create a supportive and encouraging classroom environment that fosters student participation.

• Incorporate multimedia tools and modern teaching methods to make learning effective and enjoyable.

• Organize language workshops, speaking clubs, and other extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus.

• Proven experience in teaching spoken English, preferably in a classroom setting.

• Excellent command of the English language with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.

• Good organizational and classroom management skills.

• Experience teaching diverse age groups, from children to adults.

• Creative lesson planning and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and platforms.
